GlowRanked Verified review typically takes 7-10 business days from the day the documents arrive. The slow part is usually the injector roster and the product invoices. Have those ready and the review moves fast.
Does my spa need to be Aura Screened before it can apply for Verified?
No. Any listed spa can apply. Screened reads public records, and the most common reason a real spa is not Screened is a licence registered to a home address rather than the spa. The documents you hand over for Verified, the medical director's licence and signed agreement and the injector roster, stand in for the public record the automated check could not find. The spa still has to show as open and carry no public discipline.
How often is GlowRanked Verified re-checked?
Two ways. The documents are renewed once a year, because insurance certificates and licences renew on a yearly or slower cycle. The public records behind them, the licences, any discipline, the makers' own provider lists and the county court index, are re-checked by hand every three months, and that costs the spa nothing. If something lapses, the spa hears about it first.
What happens if my spa doesn't pass GlowRanked Verified?
If a check does not pass, Aura tells you exactly which check it was and what she looked at. The goal is to help more spas earn the badge, not gatekeep. A spa not yet Verified stays on the register with its existing Aura Screened status if earned.
Can a chain med spa get verified?
Yes. Each location is screened and verified on its own. A chain location with stronger underlying signals can be Aura Screened or Verified while a sister location is not. The register reflects what's true of the spa, not the brand.
