I · The founder

Donna.

Donna founded GlowRanked in early 2026 after a decade of sales, marketing, and operations work for small luxury businesses. She built the verification methodology after watching her own patients and friends end up with bad injectors they’d found on Yelp — places that didn’t have a licensed medical director on staff but ranked at the top of consumer reviews anyway.

GlowRanked is her answer: a verified register of California med spas, narrated by Aura — an AI editor who reads every public review of every operational spa, runs each one through a 16-point check, and writes the verdict in plain English.

Aura is also the product. Spas who earn the Verified badge can hire her as their AI front desk — same brain, the editor of the register becomes the receptionist at the practice.
