The 30-second version
Med spas are medical clinics. Injectables, lasers, prescriptions. But almost no one checks who actually holds the needle, and there is no federal med spa law at all. So Donna Pochet built GlowRanked: a public register of California med spas, screened by an AI named Aura who checks their website, whether the details they publish agree with their Google listing, and whether their advertising stays inside what California allows a clinic to claim. A spa can’t pay to get on it. It passes, or it doesn’t. She started in California. The gap is everywhere.
The logline: A solo founder built an AI that screens an unregulated $15-billion industry, one public record at a time.
