What I’ve seen about Infinity Aesthetics.
This spa holds the Aura Screened mark: three public records agreed — Google shows it open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two records place a licensed provider at the address. Separately, Infinity Aesthetics cleared all three website checks — a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. Their domain, their identity, the way they talk about their work — it all holds up under inspection. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above — a matching identity, a real site, honest wording — are reported too, and they are not one of the three.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks below are reported too, and they are not one of the three: they read this spa’s own site, which is not a public record.
This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
A nurse practitioner lists this address as a practice location on the federal provider registry. The state shows that licence current as of 2026-09-18. Read 2026-09-18.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
