“**Updating my review 5/4/2026 as it has been 2 years since first seeing Cristina and I will never not go to her! She continues to provide excellent and unmatched services with flawless results as well as educating me at nearly every appointment. She even shares information about her continued education in the aesthetics field. It is so refreshing to have suc…”

“I previously had filler done 4 years ago and decided it was time to dissolve due to experiencing migration and unevenness. My main goal was to dissolve and redo. Pat was super nice and made my experience comfortable. She ended up dissolving all uneven areas and created a more symmetrical look. I am super happy with my results and don’t feel the need to refi…”

“Best med spa ever!! I’ve been to many med spas over the west coast the past 5+ years and I have to say that Cristina at Face Lab is by far the best of the best! I did my lip filler and Botox here and am beyond happy with the results. Cristina is super attentive and knowledgeable about facial aesthetics, I’m so glad I found her at facelab!! I would absolutely…”

“I had lip filler done here about two days ago, and Pat did an amazing job! She added some height and symmetry to my list and it's balanced beautifully with my facial features. I highly recommend coming here for any treatments and look forward to getting my skin together here as well. 10/10!”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
I wasn't able to verify a license for this location. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
