Mi Wellness and Aesthetics
What I’ve seen about Mi Wellness and Aesthetics.
This spa is on the register and does not carry the Screened mark. The mark needs three public records to agree — Google showing it open, a current state licence with no discipline on file, and two records placing a licensed provider at the address — and every record I looked for is listed further down this page. Separately, it has cleared the website checks — those read their website, whether their published details agree with their Google listing, and their advertising copy. They do not decide the mark.
What their website shows.
Website checked on August 26, 2026. Their website uses zero phrases the Medical Board acts on. Their site turns my crawler away, so I could not check their address and phone against the page. What I can see from outside still holds up: the domain is real, the certificate is valid, and it has been online since 2025. I would rather tell you what I could not check than pretend I did.
Website last read on October 28, 2026. It was up and looked like their site.

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above are reported as far as I could read them. The parts behind their bot filter I have said so about rather than counted either way, and they are not one of the three.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
