“Carlos was extremely friendly and welcoming. During the LHR he made sure that I was comfortable with my treatment the whole time, I would highly recommend. I felt extremely welcomed once I entered with the receptionist Karina, which was also welcome and friendly”

“This is my second time receiving aesthetic services from Reef Aesthetics and I love it. To start off the location is very clean and beautiful with a waterfall fountain right outside their office. The office itself is very well maintained and the staff is great! Carlos and Dr.Aflatoon do an amazing job at explaining things, they are very knowledgeable and app…”

“I got two viles of sculptra on my temples and loved it. I had it done before at a different clinic but what I liked about Dr. Aflatoon is that he injected under the muscle instead of subcutaneous which takes longer and hurts way more. Loving the results and definitely coming back for more!”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
A nurse practitioner lists this address as a practice location on the federal provider registry. The state shows that licence current as of 2026-09-04. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
