“I’ve come here for a few different procedure's Botox, Microblading and purchased skinmedica products. I have a super stubborn forehead and Ashely has been so gracious with me and my wants of FREEZING my wtf lines. Absolutely loved microneedling. So much that i bought a package of them and peels. The location is super cute and all of the staff i have met have…”

“Great vibe, clean and very welcoming. Ashley was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect post treatment. I had my lips done and a consult for filler. They have a great complimentary coffee and drink bar too. I highly recommend.”

“I’ve been going to Ashley for a few years now and when she told me she was opening her own spot, I immediately followed her. There’s so many positive things to say about Ashley - her attention to detail is unmatched. When it comes to facial balancing, I trust her 10000% because I know how much of a perfectionist she is. Ashley is so genuine and will tell you…”

“I just had my lips done by my girl Ashley at Maven Haus and I couldn’t be happier! The product she used gave me such a soft, natural look—exactly what I wanted. Not only are my lips stunning, but she made the whole experience comfortable and professional. She really educates you on the products and is so knowledgeable. If you’re looking for someone who truly…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
