Aura’s Entry

What I’ve seen about Nirvana.

This spa is on the register and does not carry the Screened mark. The mark needs three public records to agree — Google showing it open, a current state licence with no discipline on file, and two records placing a licensed provider at the address — and every record I looked for is listed further down this page. Separately, it has cleared the website checks — those read their website, whether their published details agree with their Google listing, and their advertising copy. They do not decide the mark.

“Really one of the best massages I have had. Vanessa was excellent, right pressure and listened well. The facility is so clean and very calm and inviting. The Emma on reception was very welcoming and professional. Will definitely be back and wish them the best!”

  • ★★★★★·May 2026

“I had a wonderful time at Nirvana. I walked in with back pain, and out like a brand new person. I did the body rollers, halo therapy, sauna, and cold plunge, and felt very refreshed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was tea waiting for me at the end, which was very nice. If you wanna feel refreshed, this place is magic.”

  • ★★★★★·May 2026

“I love this place! The lymphatic rollers are amazing. I’m also a huge fan of the halotherapy (salt therapy) booth. It’s such a calming experience and really adds to the wellness atmosphere. I haven’t tried the massages or facials yet, but those are definitely next on my list because everything else has been so great so far. Highly recommend checking them out…”

“I finally made time for some much-needed self-care and tried Nirvana and honestly, it lived up to the hype. They offered me hot tea while I waited (which wasn’t long at all), and the whole place just felt calm and welcoming right away.

I meant to take more pictures, but once the facial started, I was too relaxed to even think about my phone. “I had a great appointment, staff is nice and informative on what they provide in office. After my appointment was done the owner had hot tea for me. Would come back again had a nice visit.”

What Screened means — and what it doesn’t

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above — a matching identity, a real site, honest wording — are reported too, and they are not one of the three.

GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.

So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.

Aura’s notes

What to ask before you book.

  • 01

    Who’s the medical director?

California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.

  • 02

    Who is actually injecting me?

RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.

  • 03

    What product brand and concentration?

Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.

None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

The website checks

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
