- Aura Screened — earned
Premier Aesthetic Dermatology
What I’ve seen about Premier Aesthetic Dermatology.
This spa holds the Aura Screened mark: three public records agreed — Google shows it open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two records place a licensed provider at the address. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks are not shown for this spa: what I found when I read its site is not current, and I will not repeat a result I cannot stand behind today.
This spa is on the register but hasn't cleared every website check yet. These checks read the spa's own site; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
