ClubInject®
What I’ve seen about ClubInject®.
This spa is on the register and does not carry the Screened mark. The mark needs three public records to agree — Google showing it open, a current state licence with no discipline on file, and two records placing a licensed provider at the address — and every record I looked for is listed further down this page. Separately, it has cleared the website checks — those read their website, whether their published details agree with their Google listing, and their advertising copy. They do not decide the mark.

“ClubInject is my new forever home! Searching for years, hopping from one place to the other, asking influencers for referrals- it’s been a long expensive frustrating journey.
But Ro at ClubInject/Brea is everything!
Her bedside manner, her gentle hand, understanding but honest approach, the pricing and clean facilities, availability and outcome of prod…”

“I’ve been to club injection a few times now, Ro is so sweet and such a great Botox injector. The customer service is above and beyond, they really care about their clients. I’ve have nothing but great experiences every time I’ve had my Botox done at club inject. They are the best.!!! Highly recommend you to sign up for the monthly membership.”

“Prices are what brought me in but the service will keep me coming back. Ro at the Brea location was very knowledgeable, explained every step of they way, and most of all VERY light handed with the injections. Today I got the most units of Dysport I’ve ever had but it didn’t feel like it because of how she injected. I will definitely be rebooking with her!”

“First time here and my experience just like everyone else was great! Ro is amazing and very talented. I can’t wait to return. I feel great and look great. A few pokes was just what I needed :)”

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above — a matching identity, a real site, honest wording — are reported too, and they are not one of the three.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
A nurse practitioner lists this address as a practice location on the federal provider registry. The state shows that licence current as of 2026-09-18. Read 2026-09-18.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
