Advanced Institute for Plastic Surgery
What I’ve seen about Advanced Institute for Plastic Surgery.
Advanced Institute for Plastic cleared all three website checks — a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. Their domain, their identity, the way they talk about their work — it all holds up under inspection. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.
How they passed my screen.
Cleared on August 16, 2026. Their phone and address match across Google and their site at 89% similarity. Their website uses zero phrases the Medical Board acts on.
Website last read on September 10, 2026. It was up and looked like their site.

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Filip! From start to finish, my experience was incredible. He performed my liposuction and lesion (mole) removal, and I am beyond happy with my results. Not only did he shape my body beautifully and naturally, but he also made me feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. The confidence I’ve…”

“Dr. Flip and staff are truly amazing. Last year I had one of my implants leak and after much research I chose Dr. Flip. He is very personable and caring. They even helped me file a claim for the implant that leaked. The manufacturer had been out of business for years but I still received some funds from the claim. I had my one year check up today and both Dr…”

“I wanted to take the time to leave a review for the most amazing surgeon Dr. Zachary Filip. He truly transformed my life. I first went to him in 2020 for a tummy tuck consultation, and from that very first visit, he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. I instantly trusted him. The results changed my life and gave me my confidenc…”

“First off, I want to thank the AI plastic surgery center in Temecula for the great experience and treatment. I began with a consultation with Dr Filip after a great referral by a staff member named Nikki B. She answered all of my preliminary questions and got me in the door for my initial consultation with Dr Filip. Dr. Filip took the time to answer all of…”

“I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Kim for my breast augmentation! From my very first consultation, Dr. Kim made me feel heard, supported, and completely comfortable. He took the time to explain every option in detail, answer all of my questions, and help me choose the perfect size and shape to fit my body and goals. The procedure went smoothly, an…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks below are reported too, and they are not one of the three: they read this spa’s own site, which is not a public record.
This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
