“Michelle has done my Botox, Microneedling and facial fillers and she always does a perfect job. I love her new space. Highly recommend coming to see her for any aesthetic procedures.”

“Michelle & her new med spa is absolutely perfection. I’m very careful on who I trust with any sort of aesthetic treatments because I feel places are always try to “sell” you on this or that service. Michelle does not operate her business in that way. She really listened to all my fears and gently helped steer me in the right direction to help me achieve my g…”

“Michelle is the absolute BEST! I went from no upper lip to actual real life lips. They look so good and natural. I wish I would’ve done it years ago. Thank you Michelle for making me feel comfortable and for taking your time to make everything look so good. I will definitely be back💋”

“Not only is Michelle incredibly professional and personable, she is also extremely knowledgeable and meticulous. She put me completely at ease and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my skin. I was very happy with the results of my treatments and would highly recommend her.”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
This is your dossier. Take it.
