“First medical professional to restore range of motion in my lower back in a decade plus of trying anything and everything. 0 regrets, 11/10 would recommend to anyone PRP therapy can help. Wardell doesn’t BS, doesn’t upsell, and serves up tangible results at a reasonable price. Cheers and ty for being legit.”

“I have been a patient of Dr Wardwells for 9 years. I do not know why I have never written a review before considering his expertise has changed my life in so many ways. From stem cell therapy, Prolotherapy, PRP and functional medicine…. Dr Wardwell has helped me, and in life changing way for almost a decade. He truly is a Godsend to his patients, and I recom…”

“Dr. Jacob Wardwell is amazing. He takes a thoughtful approach to medicine and really listens. You can tell he cares and wants to get to the root of things, not just treat symptoms. Highly recommend!”

“Cannot say enough great things about SFIIRM. First call, first impressions, I knew it would be a great Doc to work with because Randi is amazing and Doc Wardell is like a Zen Master. Got a Meyer Cocktail and BHRT currently. Thank you, SFIIRM, for everything!”

“Dr. Wardwell is an extremely helpful and thoughtful Dr. I interviewed 10 in the bay area and through a referral went to him for regenerative medicine treatments. I really am impressed with his knowledge, usage of ultrasound and manipulation to determine how many factors/joints are involved in a full solution (e.g. not just the knee for knee pain), and prolot…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
I wasn't able to verify a license for this location. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
