“I signed up for a 6 month weight loss program with Harbor Health, and the experience so completely exceeded my hopes, it was truly transformative, for mind body and spirit. The program was competitively priced, and most importantly EFFECTIVE. But the real motivation for this review is for the staff. All of you have been so exceptionally kind. I was really n…”

“I highly recommend coming to Harbor Health Center for weight loss support. Nurse Noelle takes the time to clearly explain how peptides work, what benefits and possible side effects to expect, and how the program is tailored to the individual. Her clinical knowledge and nursing background are very evident, which makes the entire experience feel professional,…”

“The staff are so welcoming and Dr. Grady made me feel so comfortable with my treatments. I recently had another round of Prolotherapy with PRP and it was amazing how quickly and relatively comfortable the injections were and the numbing effect was so improved. And my recovery has been so quick. Dr. Grady is so confident and loves to geek out explaining ever…”

“I highly recommend this location and the laser treatments. The office is clean, inviting, and pleasant to visit. It's always a joy to see the friendly staff.

I received a few sessions with Noelle and she is attentive and thorough in her work. She kindly returned after a session to laser an area that she remembered and I failed to mention. This technit…”

“Absolutely love Harbor Health! I was looking into muscle building treatments to help build my core strength on top of my fitness routine. The staff is super knowledgable and recommended Trusculpt Flex vs other treatments I had researched as the best option for my goals and I could not be happier with my results so far! I got a series of 6 treatments and have…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
