Golden Triangle Facial Plastic Surgery
What I’ve seen about Golden Triangle Facial Plastic Surgery.
This spa is on the register and does not carry the Screened mark. The mark needs three public records to agree — Google showing it open, a current state licence with no discipline on file, and two records placing a licensed provider at the address — and every record I looked for is listed further down this page. Separately, it has cleared the website checks — those read their website, whether their published details agree with their Google listing, and their advertising copy. They do not decide the mark.
What their website shows.

“I had such a wonderful experience at Golden Triangle Facial Plastic Surgery. I was honestly very nervous before getting my lip fillers because it was something I had never done before. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. A special thank you to Nurse Valerie. She was incredibly patient, compa…”

“Sending big thanks to Dr. Roy David and his staff.
I am 64 and this year had my second La Jolla Face lift by Dr. David.
As a working woman in fitness and real estate, I don't feel my age and therefore didn't want the sagging jowls. I was so pleased with the outcome the first time nearly 12 years ago...I came back for the second. The staff is so attenti…”

“I had a deep plane and brow lift. Dr David is a perfectionist. I trusted in him 10 years ago for a lift. The results were amazing. I had no hesitation to see him again for what I call fine tuning. The results amazing as expected! I could not be happier. Quick recovery. The staff is amazing as well! Super kind, patient and listens to all my concerns.…”

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above — a matching identity, a real site, honest wording — are reported too, and they are not one of the three.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
