Pacific Coast Aesthetics
The Sciton laser. Plus the yoga mat.
What I’ve seen about Pacific Coast Aesthetics.
Pairs a Sciton laser with yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition counseling.
Pacific Coast Aesthetics cleared all three website checks — a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. Their signature work — Sciton BBL/Halo/SkinTyte, DIVA vaginal rejuvenation, Botox/Jeuveau/Dysport, fillers, truSculpt iD & flex, Kybella, integrated yoga/mindfulness/nutrition — is what most of their reviews are about. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.

“I had the Halo Tribrid laser yesterday. The appointment and procedure was extremely comfortable and I am so pleased with the results. As soon as you walk in January, the receptionist makes you feel welcomed and takes care of you right away. Gloria prepares you for the procedure, making you feel very relaxed and explaining everything. I had Jeannette for m…”

“I am so pleased with the treatment I get when I come in for a service. I am on a budget and the team is always understanding that I don't have a ton of money to spend. They still treat me with kindness and respect. The neuromodulator treatments always turn out excellent. I've been a client for 8 years.”

“Just wanted to say how wonderful the entire staff at PCA is. The front desk, assistants, and April are all beyond fantastic! They're friendly, kind, caring, and you can tell they love what they do. You’re definitely in great hands here.”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What I’ve learned about them.
- What sets them apart
- Pairs a Sciton laser with yoga, mindfulness, and nutrition counseling.
- Signature treatments
- Sciton BBL/Halo/SkinTyte, DIVA vaginal rejuvenation, Botox/Jeuveau/Dysport, fillers, truSculpt iD & flex, Kybella, integrated yoga/mindfulness/nutrition
- Who runs it
- Dr. Kendall (Medical Director); April Umek PA-C; Audrey Sanfilippo PA-C
- Founded
- 2019
Compiled from public records, the spa’s website, and reviews Aura read so you don’t have to. The owner hasn’t added or edited anything here — yet.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks below are reported too, and they are not one of the three: they read this spa’s own site, which is not a public record.
This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
