“Gentle hands throughout the process. I had PRP natural filler placed gently under my eyes, temples and the some injected into my neck, crows feet and smile lines. Painless procedure and worth the investment as I am too chicken for synthetic filler. Will go back for more!”

“I’ve been going to Nisreen for xeomin injections since last year and she is great! I was nervous about getting it because I want to look natural, and I have always been happy with my results. She does a thorough consultation beforehand and is never pushy or trying to get me to do more than I’m comfortable with. I’d recommend her services to anyone looking fo…”

“I’ve known Nisreen as both an RN colleague and an aesthetic nurse and I highly recommend her for her talent, her integrity and her personality. Her new studio is both immaculate and inviting and, even though we are friends, she displayed a level of professionalism and thoroughness during my treatment that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. She will work…”

“I had a 10/10 experience from start to finish! This was my first time getting Botox, and I was honestly nervous because I’m not a fan of needles and expected it to be painful. Nisreen immediately made me feel comfortable with her kindness, professionalism, and incredibly gentle hand. Even the few injections that pinched weren’t nearly as bad as I expected.<b…”

“I highly recommend Nisreen for Microneedling and other wellness services. I've had nothing but great experiences each visit. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease because of her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. She is incredibly skilled at microneedling and takes the time to thoroughly assess your skin before recommending a tre…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
