“I was referred to Dr. Kouli by a friend, and from the very first visit he and Samantha were wonderful. I underwent otoplasty with Dr. Kouli, and both he and Samantha guided me through every step of the process. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease.<br>I’m so happy with the results. My ears look great. This is somethin…”

“I am thoroughly satisfied with the results and the overall experience from Dr. Kouli for my rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. I experienced minimal downtime and recovered swiftly. Dr. Kouli and the team demonstrated exceptional efficiency and created a comfortable and confident atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns I had. The overall outcome was…”

“Excellent surgeon and staff. Dr. Kouli was honest and realistic about my procedure. His staff and nurses were extremely kind and accommodating. I wanted a natural result and that's exactly what I got. The best plastic surgery is the kind that looks like you never had anything done in the first place.”

“My wife recently had a facelift done by Dr. Kouli, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. Samantha was amazing — she took the time to answer all our questions and helped ease any pre-procedure nerves we had. Dr. Kouli is clearly an expert at what he does, and my wife looks incredibl…”

“Dr Kouli and his staff are absolutely amazing! I went to the Newport Beach location for a breast reduction/lift and augmentation. I couldn’t be more happy with my results. I’ve never felt more confident and cannot thank him and his staff enough! I highly recommend esthetica and Dr Kouli. I am beyond thrilled with my results and will be going to esthetica for…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I looked this up. I could not tie a licence to this address firmly enough to report the answer here.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
