“I traveled all the way from Sacramento California to visit this office! I was referred by my RN. This is my place for my face!”

“Absolutely loved my experience here! The office is beautiful and spotless, and the staff is incredibly kind and professional. The provider took time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. My results look amazing and very natural. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!”

“I went to Bloom Medical for filler and Dr. Mohammedi is a true artist! He will never suggest more than you need and I trust him 100%. I would never consider going anywhere else. He takes his time discussing options and what he thinks is necessary. He takes before and after pictures and even schedules a next day appointment for sculpting. I do not know of any…”

“We’ve been seeing Dr. Mohammadi for years, he is extremely intelligent, kind and caring. Most recently we have been taking our daughter there for acne treatments. There is a significant improvement and we are delighted with the results! I’ve even recommended friends and family to him. That’s how much we trust and respect him.”

“I reviewed this on Yelp. Second time I’ve been here. Everyone was great MA & PA very professional. Spent less than 1 hr. at the facility. The waiting room chairs are the most uncomfortable thing about the visit.”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
