“I had the best experience at VitalitHE! I went in for some Botox and was treated by Nurse Noellia and Dr. Salehi. Both were so thorough and truly experts at what they do. Nurse Noellia was fantastic—she has such a light touch, and the injections were completely painless. Dr. Salehi was also present throughout the visit and they both took the time to answer a…”

“Honest helpful and genuine.. I was very intimidated by botox and other cosmetic procedures.. Dr Selehi broke it down for me and spent time listening to me and taking all of my concerns into account - answered all my questions.. and all my friends that use him look amazing! Highly recommend!”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows a current physician licence in that name as of 2026-09-04, and the state does not place that licence at this address. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
