“I’ve been seeing Dr Bukov for several years now. If you are looking for a doctor that will spend the time to listen to you and treat your issues like they are important to them, you should check into his practice. The Dr is amazing, the staff is friendly and responsive (you get a call back the same day, sometimes within a few minutes) and I can usually find…”

“Such an awesome place to be in! Staffs were attentive and efficient. I was doing sculpting until 9:00 pm and they were so considerate by feeding me with fruits and snacks. i felt like a family member more than a patient. Highly recommend this clinic!”

“I recently had a BBL treatment with Dr. Bukov. The treatment was on my face, neck, and chest. People, if you don't know what Broadband Light Therapy is, Google it. It is the Holy Grail of Lasers, using multiple wavelengths to give amazing results. It was created by some brainiacs at Sciton in Palo Alto, and there are VERY few Bay Area docs who have invested…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
