“I have seen khahn for several sessions of ezgel, for natural injections. As a holistic provider i wanted to stimulate collagen and a more youthful appearance without chemicals or looking overdone. Friends are noticing the difference!”

“I am an NP injector but can’t do myself so I searched high and low for someone I felt would be safe and an expert in the area and I stumbled across Khahn NP at XO medspa. He has been injecting since 2017 so over 10 years of experience! He is also a trainer for 2 brands or PDO threats, dermal filler and lasers! He was so patient with me and spent an hour brea…”

“I have been seeing Khanh for years and have followed him wherever he goes. I've trusted him with Botox and fillers, PDO threads, Clear + Brilliant, and other treatments. He has an incredible eye for aesthetics and knows exactly what each face needs. His results are natural and noticeable. You still look like you...just younger and like the best version of yo…”

“Khan was very observant, gentle, and made sure that I would be completely satisfied with anything before proceeding. He is extremely talented and I could not recommend him more!”

“Khanh at XO Medical Spa is the most talented injector and skin specialist in San Diego. I've been a client of his for the better part of a decade and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. Over the years, I've had Botox, filler, micro needling and just tried his new Clear and Brilliant laser and couldn't be happier with all of my results. Khanh listens care…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
A registered nurse lists this address as a practice location on the federal provider registry. The state shows that licence current as of 2026-09-04. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
