“I can’t say enough about Dr. Vera! She is a hidden gem in the Bay Area. She is the queen of dealing with perimenopause/menopause in a natural and wholistic way. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She didn’t dismiss my symptoms and explained WHY I was having the symptoms! Her care and recommendations have been a life saver! And on on top of it-Dr. Vera and t…”

“I 110% recommend Dr. Vera!

For months, I was dealing with severe stomach pain and constantly going in and out of Kaiser. I went to the emergency room six times in two months, ran multiple tests with a GI doctor, and still had no answers. At just 20 years old, I had lost 15 pounds, couldn’t exercise or work, and struggled to eat or sleep. I felt comple…”

“Dr. V is the person you want in your corner. The level of expertise she's accumulated throughout her career, in tandem with a no bullshit attitude makes it an absolute pleasure to place my trust in her guidance. I've seen many natural paths (at least 5) in the past few years and my search has stopped Dr. V!”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
I wasn't able to verify a license for this location. Read 2026-09-04.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
