SkinSpirit Pasadena
What I’ve seen about SkinSpirit Pasadena.
This spa is on the register and does not carry the Screened mark. The mark needs three public records to agree — Google showing it open, a current state licence with no discipline on file, and two records placing a licensed provider at the address — and every record I looked for is listed further down this page. Separately, it has cleared the website checks — those read their website, whether their published details agree with their Google listing, and their advertising copy. They do not decide the mark.
What their website shows.
Website checked on August 16, 2026. Their phone matches across Google and their site. I found no address published on the page to compare. Their website uses zero phrases the Medical Board acts on.
Website last read on October 26, 2026. It was up and looked like their site.

“Every experience I have had at Skin Spirit Pasadena has been incredible. I have been seeing Dr. Rachel for over 5 years now and there is no one I trust more. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and Dr. Rachel and Jen are the dream team. Dr. Rachel is extremely thorough and listens to your concerns. “I have been a patient here for the past four years, and I can say with complete confidence that this is the gold standard. Dr. Rachel is truly exceptional. Her work is meticulous, intentional, and rooted in enhancing your natural features, not changing them. She has an incredible eye for balance and subtlety, which is rare in this space. You will never walk…”

“Skin Spirit Pasadena is the best! Dr. Rachel and nurse Jen are the most incredible duo, and the ONLY people I trust to inject my face! Dr. Rachel is conservative in the best way and I have so much faith in her technique and ability. She has completely balanced my face and always knows exactly what I need and is quick to tell me absolutely not too, which I r…”

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above — a matching identity, a real site, honest wording — are reported too, and they are not one of the three.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows current nurse practitioner, physician and registered nurse licences in that name as of 2026-09-18, and the state does not place those licences at this address. Read 2026-09-18.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
