“I am beyond happy with the services and treatments I have received from Dr. Fakiri. Not only do I receive skin care products, Botox and hormone therapy but I’m also now on a GLP-1 and I couldn’t be happier with all of my results! As a 55 year old woman, I truly look and feel my absolute best!
I’m so happy with Dr. Fakiri that my entire family now uses h…”

“I’ve had several consultations with Dr. Fakiri of L.I.V.E. Wellness Medspa for skincare, weight management, and other wellness options, and I can’t say enough about the quality of care I’ve received from her and her staff. What really sets her apart is how knowledgeable and thorough she is. She takes the time to listen, understand your concerns and goals, an…”

“Dr. Fakiri gave me the attention I was always looking for. The feeling I experienced was that I was taken care as a special person, not just a random patient. Dr. Zarlasht Fakiri is specialist in hormones and I am impressed about how much knowledge she possesses. She is nice and sweet, and a good listener. The communication is easy and fast. I recommend!”

“I didn’t realize how bad I felt… until I finally felt good again. I had been struggling with weight loss—even while on weight-loss prescriptions—plus extreme fatigue, brain fog, and zero energy.

There were days I was so exhausted I asked Dr. Fakiri for a work note because I couldn’t get out of bed. I struggled just to have enough energy to make it thr…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
