SkinSpirit Oakland - Montclair
What I’ve seen about SkinSpirit Oakland - Montclair.
This spa holds the Aura Screened mark: three public records agreed — Google shows it open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two records place a licensed provider at the address. Separately, SkinSpirit Oakland - Montclair cleared all three website checks — a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. Their domain, their identity, the way they talk about their work — it all holds up under inspection. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.
How they passed my screen.
Cleared on August 16, 2026. Their phone matches across Google and their site. I found no address published on the page to compare. Their website uses zero phrases the Medical Board acts on.
Website last read on October 25, 2026. It was up and looked like their site.

“just am finishing my eighth treatment with Amira doing endermologie treatments aka Lymphatic drainage/full body contouring. A family friend had really great results from one summer to the other on her body and when she finally fesses up told me that she was getting the same treatments done, so I decided to make the investment for myself and in myself to do…”

“SO impressed with the service here! Came in with my skin looking dull and congested and they really took the time to cater the power facial to my specific needs and I’m feeling so much more confident! You can use code Casey8D3B for $50 off your first facial too. Highly recommend!!”

Screened means three public records agreed: Google shows the spa open, the state ties a current licence here with no discipline on file, and two independent records place a licensed provider at the address. The website checks above — a matching identity, a real site, honest wording — are reported too, and they are not one of the three.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks below are reported too, and they are not one of the three: they read this spa’s own site, which is not a public record.
This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
This spa names a provider on its own website, the state shows current nurse practitioner and registered nurse licences in that name as of 2026-09-18, and the state does not place those licences at this address. Read 2026-09-18.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
