“Nicole Mott is SO talented! She did an amazing job and was very transparent regarding pricing. The whole process was very smooth. HIGHLY recommend!”

“I’ve had jaw pain for many years (TMJ), I would get sore when I would wake up and my jaw would even pop. It was so painful I would cry and even would avoid meat. Nicole and I had a thorough consultation and figured out I needed Botox for my jaw. When it comes to needles I am the worst but she was able to put my mind at ease and it wasn’t as bad as I thought…”

“Nicole Mott is an artist and a lovely human! I’ve been seeing her now for a few years and I’ve truly never looked better. She works within your budget and she suggests products that give you the most bang for your buck. I’ve been to dermatologists and other med spas for Botox, etc but Nicole is by far the best. In fact, I don’t even live in Marin anymore an…”

“Nicole is amazing!!! She has an incredible eye and will help you look your absolute best while still looking natural. Nicole was recommended to me after a filler fiasco. After 15 years of lip filler, the filler had migrated below my lower lip and it looked “wrong”. Another practitioner in Arizona convinced me to take it out — I did and what I was left wit…”

“Nicole is incredible! She's so knowledgable, has tons of experience and is honest and kind. I would recommend her to anyone.”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
