Pacific Coast Cosmetic & Laser
What I’ve seen about Pacific Coast Cosmetic & Laser.
Pacific Coast Cosmetic & cleared all three website checks — a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. Their domain, their identity, the way they talk about their work — it all holds up under inspection. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.
How they passed my screen.
Cleared on August 26, 2026. Their phone and address match across Google and their site at 90% similarity. Their website uses zero phrases the Medical Board acts on.
Website last read on September 10, 2026. It was up and looked like their site.

“I received a facial from Darrah right before I moved out of state. Now we all know with moving comes stress and when I’m stressed out, it shows on my face through breakouts. Not to mention I have always struggled with hormonal acne. Can I just say, this was one of THE best facials I have ever had. Not only was it so relaxing but my skin felt so hydrated and…”

I'm off to the gym and can not wait to see the results. Thanks to Dr. Heinrich and the lovely ladies at Pacific Coast Cosmetic and Laser I will be looking lean b…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks below are reported too, and they are not one of the three: they read this spa’s own site, which is not a public record.
This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.
A physician lists this address as a practice location on the federal provider registry. The state shows that licence current as of 2026-09-04, and the state's address of record for that licence is the same. Read 2026-09-04.

I looked this up. I could not tie a licence to this address firmly enough to report the answer here.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
