Napa Solano Plastic Surgery
What I’ve seen about Napa Solano Plastic Surgery.
Napa Solano Plastic Surgery cleared all three website checks — a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. Their domain, their identity, the way they talk about their work — it all holds up under inspection. Every record I read to decide that is listed further down this page, with where it came from and when.
How they passed my screen.
Cleared on August 16, 2026. Their phone and address match across Google and their site at 86% similarity. Their website uses zero phrases the Medical Board acts on.
Website last read on September 13, 2026. It was up and looked like their site.

“Dr Thorburn is the best! She provided recommendations for replacement implants and consulted on needing a lift or not. Very thorough and I felt how much care and listened to my needs. Recommend Solano Plastic Surgery.”

“It's now been three weeks since my full-face rejuvenation. I'm 67 years old. Dr. Snyder performed a temporal brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, deep plane facelift, and brow lift. I look fabulous already! The recovery is going much faster than I imagined. My friends are all amazed. I tell them not to be afraid of this procedure, go for it. It's truly…”

“Dr Thorburn is absolutely the best! If you have any desire for changes bigger or small, I cannot possibly recommend anyone more. She listens and she takes your opinions fully into consideration. She uses the most up-to-date methods and informs her patients of each step. Dr. Thorburn is kind and caring and her techniques and surgery team are top notch. I ha…”

Screened means the public record holds up: their identity matches, their site is real, their copy doesn’t lie.
GlowRanked Verified is a separate service, and a different question. It reads what the public record cannot see: who the medical director is, whether malpractice insurance is current, who’s actually holding the syringe, and whether the spa has written protocols for emergencies. The owner submits those documents and a person reads them. It is not part of what I checked on this page and it does not change it.
So — this is a records check, and it can be withdrawn when a record changes. It is not a judgement about the care in the room. Ask the questions below before you book.
What to ask before you book.
- 01
Who’s the medical director?
California requires every med spa to have a licensed MD or DO supervising. If the front desk can’t name them, that’s your answer.
- 02
Who is actually injecting me?
RN, NP, PA, or MD — get the credentials in writing. Estheticians cannot legally inject. Ask before you sit in the chair.
- 03
What product brand and concentration?
Real Botox / Dysport / Juvederm with a lot number. If it’s vague ("a similar neurotoxin"), walk out.
None of these three is part of my screen — I have no way to see a licence from the public record. All three are on you to ask, and if they fumble any of them, that’s your sign.

Three public records agreed about this spa: Google shows it open; the state ties a current licence here with no public Medical Board record against it; and two independent public records place a licensed provider at this address. Each of those is a record, not a rating — the lines below say where every one of them came from. The website checks below are reported too, and they are not one of the three: they read this spa’s own site, which is not a public record.
This spa cleared all three website checks: a website that holds up, details that agree, and advertising that stays legal. I report them here; since 2026-09-01 they do not decide the mark, because a spa's own website is not a public record.

I checked the state's licence file, the federal provider registry, the Medical Board's public record, this spa's own website and Google's listing — the lines above say which came back with a record, which came back empty and which I have not read — and I do not rate this spa or recommend it.
