The fourth badge, Verified, is earned separately, only when the owner submits their licence, insurance, product and safety documents.
California first because it has the strictest medical-spa supervision laws in the country. If the methodology survives California, it survives anywhere. New Hampshire will run the same playbook, adjusted only where New Hampshire law diverges from California law.
